I empower my clients through Mediation by providing a safe space for them to come together and engage in the necessary conversations for effective dispute resolution. These discussions lead to agreements that put the deciding power back in my clients' hands, whether it’s for small claims mediation or other mediation needs.

Hello! I am Alesia Shope. Since 2019, I have been empowering my clients through effective dispute resolution strategies. I earned my BA in Psychology from Colorado State University in 2009, and later, I completed my master's degree in Negotiation and Mediation from the Creighton University Law Program in 2018. My expertise includes family mediation and small claims mediation, allowing me to guide clients through various mediation processes.

Divorce mediation is an essential aspect of family mediation, helping couples navigate their separation with less conflict. For smaller disputes, small claims mediation offers a streamlined approach to resolve issues without extensive legal battles. Additionally, ag mediation focuses on agricultural disputes, while youth victim offender mediation provides a restorative approach for younger individuals involved in conflicts.
